How does the order confirmation process work?
After placing an order, we will confirm your order by checking the stock availability from our external vendors. How are the departments invoiced for the orders?
Departments are invoiced directly from D2 Productions AS. Once your order is confirmed, our accounting department will generate an invoice and send it to the designated billing contact or department within your organization. If you have specific invoicing requirements or need to update billing information, please inform our sales team.
